We’re getting married April 13th in Atami, Japan. Exciting, right?
Well, we’d love for you to join us for our wedding reception back in Calgary later this summer.
Saturday June 21st, 2025 starting at 4pm to be exact.

Dress Code
It’s a summer wedding reception with our close friends and family. Everything from nice shorts and a polo shirt, up to a full suit if you’d like.
We will also have volleyball and spikeball nets setup alongside croquet and other outdoor games, so feel free to dress comfortably and/or bring some sporting clothes.
Note: Average weather for June 21st is a Low of 11° and High of 20°.
Proposed Schedule
4:00pm: Arrivals
5:00pm: Cocktails, appetizers, mingling and games
6:00pm: Dinner and speeches
7:15pm: Dance floor, karaoke and bar re-opens
12 midnight: Wind down
Drinks
We’ll supply the usual adult beverages, have lots of beer and cider supplied through Village Brewery, as well as wine at the tables. Cash/tap bar.
Dinner
Food choice is TBD (and will be updated here) based on dietary restrictions of our guests, but the intended direction is BBQ.
Bonus things to bring:
It should be a nice day, so many people are bringing their camp chairs and have offered to bring additional pop-up canopies for shade. We’ll have two big greenspace parks at the community association, so we might as well enjoy them.
